Take maida and chilled butter in a deep mixing bowl and run with palm till incorporate both
Now take ice cubes in this flour bowl and rub the ice cubes till cubes completely melt
Now add water gradually and make soft dough when done keep in fridge for atleast 1 hour
For Filling, melt brown sugar in a nonstick pan
When sugar melt add peanut butter and stir
Now add cocoa powder and butter and again mix
Now add roasted and crushed peanuts and mix and keep aside to cool
After 1 hour keep out dough from fridge and make same size balls of this dough
Make small and thin chapati of the balls and keep a spoonful stuffing at one side of chapati
Now roll the stuffing area and make internal cuts on the chapati
Now overlap the filling area over the cut area, gave ring shape and roll it carefully and stick the both corner with already prepared slurry
Make ring somosa all of rolls
Now heat oil in a pan and fry till both side done,crisp and light brown in colour
Fry all samosa and transfer in absorment paper to remove excess oil
Now healthy and tasty Peanut Ring Samosa is ready to serve
Pour some chocolate sauce over the top and serve.Kids really loved it
For increase the health meter can also bake it at 180* for 15 to 18 minutes or till crisp
